A non-conforming jumbo loan is any loan amount above $417,000 for 2012. Collier County limits were decreased once the economic stimulus act expired late 2011.
Conforming loans $417,000 and below are usually closed by a lender and then sold to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA or VA
